The experience listed below has been selected to show diversity and only represents a small portion of AR Divers experience.

3,200 Acre Ranch Survey (AM-B-BLA-G-R) – This survey spanning 8 sections of land in Calaveras County, CA.  was for a private real estate transaction. The initial control was established with GPS static observations and additional location work was with a conventional total station. Tasks included resurveying 8 sections of land (20 mile perimeter) and breaking them down to the required aliquot portions, also several miles of road had to be located as a boundary. A Boundary Line Adjustment was prepared with an adjoining property and a Record of Survey was recorded for the entire site. Some lines were staked for fencing.

Building Lot Boundary and Topographic Design Surveys (B-BLA-C-G-LDR-T) AR. Divers has performed hundreds of lot surveys in Serrano, El Dorado Hills, Promontory, Broadstone, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, Las Lagos, Stanford Ranch, Winchester and other prestigious developments for new home construction. These design surveys provided to Engineers, Architects and Builders are all inclusive AutoCAD base maps compiling the boundary, easements, trees, rock outcropping, setbacks, utilities and topography ready for design. In addition AR Divers, has provided additional support construction staking as the sites are developed, and prepared easement and abandonment documents as requested..

Pleasant Oak Main waterline re-alignment (A-AM-B-G-LD-RW-R-T) – This project was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and consisted of a new alignment over 5.5 miles in length over heavy cross country terrain and sever elevation range. AR. Divers established the base control on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 with static GPS. AR. Divers set out 30 flight panels and located with RTK for the aerial photogrammetry. Over 100 boundaries were established and a 50' wide ground topographic corridor survey was performed. AR. Divers, also prepared a legal description and filed a Record of Survey. Boundary surveys were performed of the properties for temporary construction and permanent easements with exhibits. This was claimed an emergency status by the District and had a very short time frame.

San Juan Water District 40" line replacement (AM-G-RW-T) – This project was performed for Miles Engineering for San Juan Water District and covers 2 miles of existing pipeline in Sacramento County. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to NAD83 control and NAVD 88, field location of existing in ground pipe as located by Consultant and the creation of a geodetic base map of the pipe alignment. Additional topographic mapping and easement preparation was performed.

1,500 Acre Survey and 4 mile Corridor for Development (A-AM-B-G-R-RW-T) – This project was performed for a local developer in conjunction with Lebeck-Young Engineers. AR. Divers established a geodetic base control network (GPS) and set aerial targets.  We set out some 50 aerial targets, contracted a photogrammetrist who mapped the 1500 acres and 4+ mile corridor over Deer Valley Road and provided digital ortho-photographs. AR. Divers  then established the Boundary on 800 acres lying in 5 sections of land and over 4 miles of road R/W and added record boundary information.

sq. miles of utility asbuilt and aerial surveys for water line re-location (A-AM-B-G-R-RW-T) – These projects in downtown Sacramento were performed for Domenchelli and Associates Engineers and the Sacramento Suburban Water District in 6 phases. AR. Divers established a geodetic base control network (GPS), setting out some 100 aerial targets, and contracting a photogrammetrist who mapped the area and provided digital ortho-photographs and planimetrics. AR. Divers then located all utilities in the streets, USA markings, and edge of pavement elevations and established the Boundary on three well sites and file Record of Surveys. AR. Divers also prepared several dozen easement descriptions and exhibits, and on several site referenced centerline monuments and filed Certified Corner Records.

El Dorado Irrigation District On-Call Contract  (A-AM-B-BLA-C-G-H-LD-M-RW-R-T) – AR. Divers has served El Dorado Irrigation Dist. since 1998 as an on-call  provider of Professional Land Survey Services. These projects include: GPS control, Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, Easement preparation and abandonment, Boundary line adjustment, Mapping, Aerial surveys, Hydrographic surveys, Dam monitoring, R/W corridor surveying, Construction staking and Consulting.

Orange Vale Water Company corridor Survey (AM-RW-T) – This project was performed for the Water Company covering two city blocks in Sacramento County. The projects included establishing a GPS network tied to NAD83 control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, Overlaying the Sacramento County GIS boundary map, and the location of all utilities including inverts. The project was put together in a seamless  base map.

Fiddletown Community Service District (AM-LD) – This annexation for the FCSD in Amador County involved 7 parcels along a poorly defined existing district boundary. ARD had to work with the Board of Equalization, LAFCO and the Amador GIS department to prepare the annexation map and legal descriptions. This project was extended to add another 7 sites and remove 3 sites from the existing District boundary.

San Juan Water District corridor Surveys (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – Multiple projects were performed for San Juan Water District covering several different sites in Sacramento and Placer Counties since 2008. The projects included establishing a GPS network tied to NAD83 control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, establishment of R/W and the location of all utilities including inverts.

4 Acre Commercial Survey (AM-B-C-LD-RW-SUB-T) – This commercial project was performed for Lebeck Young Engineers, and covers boundary, topography, mapping and construction staking. The project will house a Walgreens, Kragen and Fresh and Easy facilities. In addition some construction staking and an ADA compliance survey and an ALTA survey were prepared.

500 Acre Survey and boundary line adjustment (A-AM-B-BLA-G-R-T) – This project was performed to settle an estate of 12 parcels in three trusts. AR. Divers established a geodetic base control network (GPS) and set aerial targets.  We set out some 15 aerial targets, contracted a photogrammetrist who mapped the 500 acres and provided digital ortho-photographs. AR. Divers  then established the Boundary lying in 3 sections of land. Several adjustment maps were prepared, certificates of compliance obtained and most lines were staked for timbering. Two Parcel Maps were also prepared and filed adjusting 8 large parcels of land

San Juan Water District meter sites (A-AM-B-G-R-RW-T) – This project in the City of Folsom and Placer and Sacramento Counties was performed for Domenchelli and Associates Engineers and the San Juan Water District,. AR. Divers established a geodetic base control network (GPS) at some 20 sites including 20 aerial targets for a corridor survey, and contracted a photogrammetrist who mapped the corridor and provided digital planimetrics. AR. Divers then located all utilities in the streets, USA markings, and edge of pavement elevations along the corridor and at each of the individual meter sites. One base map was prepared showing all data including inverts.

20 acre camping park site with ordinary high water determination (A-AM-B-H-RW-R) -  This survey located in Coloma, CA. was prepared for 1000 Trails Resorts out of Texas. The boundary involved a government break down survey and determining ordinary high water along the South Fork of the American River. Also, the R/W line of highway 49 had to be reestablished along with the boundaries of several metes and bounds parcels. A Record of Survey was prepared and filed.

Sacramento International Airport offsite water line (A-AM-G-RW-T) – This project was performed for HDR Engineering under their contract with Sacramento County. AR. Divers established a geodetic base control network that is fitted to the Airport control and the projected Caltrans GPS network along I-5 with static GPS. The County benchmark system was used for elevations. We set out some 50 aerial targets, contracted a photogrammetrist who mapped the 4 + mile corridor and provided digital ortho-photographs. AR. Divers  then established over 4 miles of road R/W and added support utility location (as marked by USA) and topography, along with borings and monitoring well locations. a seamless base map was created for design of a water line and tank.

Mining Site volume Aerial Surveys (A-AM-G) – This survey was for Vertical mapping of 2 existing mining stockpile sites. AR. Divers, established site control on State Plane Vertical and Horizontal Datum. Aerial targets were set for the aerial firm.

1 Industrial and 2 High Density Residential Surveys (AM-B-C-LD-RW-SUB-T) – These projects were performed for Lebeck Young Engineers, and covers boundary, topography, mapping and construction staking on a new 28 acre Condominium site, a conversion of a 200+ unit Conditions site and a new 33 acre Industrial Subdivision. The projects include initial aerial mapping with support field topographic surveying, boundary determination and easement location. The sites are in the design process and will include mapping and staking.

Willow Lake Hydrographic Survey (A-AM-G-H-T) – This project was performed for Domenchelli and Associates Engineers  for the City of Folsom, and involved performing and fitting a bathymetric survey of the Lake's bottom into an exisitng aerial topographic basemap.

East Bidwell corridor Survey (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – This project was performed in conjunction with Domenchelli and Associates Engineers  for the City of Folsom, and covers 3 intersections and a corridor over 5 roads in the City. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to City control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, and the location of all utilities including inverts. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map. In addition several offsite easement descriptions with exhibits were prepared.

Bass Lake Road re-alignment and waterline (AM-B-C-G-LD-RW-R-T) – This project was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and consisted of two alignments each over 1 mile in length and a water tank site. AR. Divers re-established the base control on a datum to fit an existing aerial survey and road design with static GPS. A boundary and topographic survey was performed at the tank site, along with preparing a legal description and filing a Record of Survey. Boundary surveys were performed of the properties along the new road and waterline alignment and a base map and legal descriptions with exhibits of the easements to be obtained were prepared. Once the easements were acquired AR. Divers performed construction staking of the 2 mile waterline within the new road alignment.

Serrano, Lakehills and Intake waterline alignments (A-AM-B-G-LD-RW-R-T) – These projects were for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and Owen Engineering and consisted of a new alignment over 4.5 miles over cross country terrain and through urban developed areas. AR. Divers established the base control on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 with static GPS. AR. Divers set out 50 flight panels and located with RTK for the aerial photogrammetry. Several parcel boundaries  and street R/W's were established and a 50' wide ground topographic corridor survey was performed with field run topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, the location of all utilities including inverts, and the establishment of R/W. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map.  

40 acre Mega Church Survey (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – Survey site for additions and ADA compliance, combination of field location and aerial mapping. The site included as-built surveys and the preparation of easement abandonment's and new easement locations.

Commercial Surveys and mapping (ALTA-AM-B-C-LD-RW-SUB-T) - These design survey projects were prepared for Lebeck-Young Engineers by combining Aerial  and as-built surveys with the boundary and easements on several  commercial sites in El Dorado County.. The projects included establishing boundary and control, field run topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, establishment of R/W and the location of all utilities including inverts, easement abandonment, new easement descriptions and exhibits.

Silva Valley Parkway water and sewer line extensions (AM-B-G-RW-T) – This project was a combination of individual work orders from E.I.D. and covers a 5 mile corridor from Green valley Road to the Latrobe water plant. The project included establishing a GPS network, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, the location of all utilities including inverts, and the establishment of boundaries and R/W. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map.

East Bidwell and Comstock corridor Survey (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – This project was performed in conjunction with HDR Engineering for the City of Folsom, and covers 2 intersections and a corridor over 3 roads in the City. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to City control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, the location of all utilities including inverts, and the establishment of R/W. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map.

Rio Linda Well Sites (AM-B-C-LD-R-RW-T) – These projects wee performed in conjunction with Domenchelli and Associates Engineers  for the City of Rio Linda, and covers several multi-acre well sites and five road corridor over in the City. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to County control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, and the location of all utilities including inverts. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map. In addition some construction staking was performed. Since the original survey ARD has prepared multiple additional sites with boundary surveys, legal descriptions and exhibits.

Environmental Clean-up Site (A-AM-G-T) – This project was a prepared for SCS Engineering. The project included establishing a GPS control network, field run cross sections of existing illegal dump site and the aerial mapping of entire tract.

Union Street R/W (AM-B-G-LD-R-RW) –  This project was for City of Placerville, CA.. AR. Divers set up GPS control network from the California HPGN (3 monuments), performed boundary surveys on surrounding properties and established the old R/W for Union St.. AR. Divers prepared and filed a Record of Survey.

Durock Road force main (A-AM-B-C-G-RW-T) – This project was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and consisted of establishing control and preparing a  base map with aerial photogrammetry over about 4 miles of corridor for a force main rehab project. AR. Divers established base control on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 datum with GPS, contracted for the aerial survey and set up a base map referencing system. Later AR. Divers provided additional support topography including utilities and under canopy topography, along with existing R/W and boundary establishment to the design team. AR. Divers also provided construction staking.

Echo Summit Survey and Boundary Line Adjustment (AM-B-BLA-G-LD-R) –  This project was for a private real estate transaction. It involved performing a boundary survey on 9 acres  lying in two sections @ Echo Summit (7500' Elv.) near Lake Tahoe, CA. The sections were run in part with conventional equipment and in part with GPS. It was necessary to re-establish the highway 50 right of way and resolve some deed problems in closure and contradicting calls. A record of Survey was filed and latter a boundary line adjustment was completed.

Sacramento Suburban Water Dist. corridor Survey (A-AM-G-T) – This project was performed in conjunction with Domenichelli & Assoc's Engineering for the Water District and covers a portion of Country Club area in the City Sacramento near Fulton Ave.. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to City control, field run corridor topographic surveying, the location of all utilities including inverts, and the aerial topography.

Green Valley forcemain (AM-B-G-LD-RW-R-T) – This project was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and consisted of a new alignment over 2 miles in length over existing roadways. AR. Divers established the base control on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 with static GPS.  Over 15 boundaries were established and a 50' wide ground topographic corridor survey was performed. AR. Divers, also prepared a legal descriptions for temporary construction and permanent easements with exhibits.

Tunnel Street City of Placerville (A-AM-G-T) – This project was a prepared for Owen Engineering and covers 3 corridors in the City. The project included establishing a GPS network, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, the location of all utilities including inverts, and the aerial mapping. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map; R/W's were not established.

E.I.D. Sewer As-built Survey (AM-G--T) – This is a series of projects for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and consisted of a existing sewer alignment over 5 miles in length. The sites were in Diamond Springs and Cameron Park. AR. Divers established the base control on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 with static GPS. AR. Divers located existing manholes and inverts; all information was provided in ASCII and AutoCad formats.

Sunset Mobile Home Park creek (A-AM-G-T) – This project was a prepared for Lebeck-Young Engineering. The project included establishing a GPS network, field run a 1/2 mile corridor cross sections of existing creek and the aerial mapping. The project was put together in one seamless geodetic base map; property lines were previously established.

3 City of Folsom corridor Surveys for Sewer replacement (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – This project was performed in conjunction with HDR Engineering for the City of Folsom, and covers 3 intersections and corridors over 3 roads in the City; Parkway Dr., Sands Way & Turnpike Dr.. The project included establishing a GPS network tied to City control, field run corridor topographic surveying, creation of a 3d DTM with contours, and the location of all utilities including inverts. The project was put together in one seamless base map.

Cal-Am Water wells survey (AM-G-RW) –  This project was for HDR Engineering and Cal Am Water in Sacramento, CA.. AR. Divers set up a GPS control network from the California HPGN (3 monuments) and elevations from the County of Sacramento, CA. at 25 well sites in the Suburban and Alden areas. They then performed individual site surveys of each Well and prepared a base map inclusive of all wells on one datum.

"Gold Top Mine" Re-Survey (AM-B-G-R) –  This boundary survey was performed for a private owner and involved the re-survey of a  20 acre mining claim  known as the "Gold Top mine" located in El Dorado County. It involved re-establishing lines from the original government notes and setting up several section lines. A Record of Survey was filed.

Kyburz E.I.D. Section Line Staking (AM-B-G-R) –  This survey was for the El Dorado irrigation District of a narrow wooded 18 acre tract and ditch leading from the American river along two remote sections, (elevation difference from 3,700 ft. to 6,500 ft.) in Kyburz CA. The survey involved setting up two sections of land and resolving a boundary deed overlap on to U.S... Forest land. about 1 1/2 miles of line was staked for timbering and a Record of survey was filed.

Sly Park reservoir base mapping (AM-G-T) – This survey was for the El Dorado irrigation District for parking and trails relocation and additions at Sly Park in Pollock Pines, CA. The survey involved setting up NGVD 29 vertical datum and NAD 83 state plane coordinates. Three topographical surveys were prepared for addition to an existing parking lot,  the development of a new parking lot, and the construction of a bridge over a deep spillway leading from the dam. Several hundred trees were located and mapped along with natural ground features. Contours were computer generated in a single base map. This is an on going project and AR. Divers recently mapped a slide area into the lake including Bathymetric lines.

Rancho Murieta WWTP (A-AM-G) – This survey was for HDR Engineering of an existing waste water treatment plant in Rancho Murieta, CA. AR. Divers, established site control based on information provided by the facility. Aerial targets were set and an aerial firm was contracted to fly and base map the plant.

Eaton Lateral (AM-B-E-G-H-LD-RW-R-T) –This survey was prepared for the Oakdale Irrigation district and consisted of locating about 2 miles of existing canal and ditch location (including water lines) and base mapping. AR. Divers also established existing boundaries along the site and wrote new legal descriptions for easement acquisition under a court order and serving as the arbitrated expert. A Record of Survey was prepared and recorded in Stanislaus County.

Alum Pond and City of Placerville WTP (AM-B-C-G-LD-RW-T) – This survey was for the City of Placerville and involved two sites about 1/4 mile apart. AR. Divers prepared topographic surveys of the pond and water treatment plant for new line construction. A Topographic field survey was performed, an AutoCAD base map prepared, local boundary lines were re-established and easement descriptions prepared for acquisition. Construction staking was latter performed for the Lorang Brothers construction company for the new pipe lines.

Philips Court Survey R/W establishment (AM-B-BLA-G-LD-R-RW) –  This project was for City of Placerville, CA.. AR. Divers set up GPS control network from the California HPGN (3 monuments), performed boundary surveys on surrounding properties (including sectional surveys and setting up the original city limits) and established a new R/W for Philips Court. AR. Divers prepared legal descriptions for new R/W dedication, prepared a Boundary Line Adjustment for two adjoining properties as a condition for granting R/W to the City and filed a Record of Survey.

128 acre boundary and topographic survey (A-AM-B-G-R-T) – This survey was performed for a private developer in speculation of developing the site located in the City of Placerville, CA. Control was establish by GPS means and aerial targets were set for an outside consultant mapping firm. A boundary survey was prepared which identified several problems and a Record of Survey was filed with the El Dorado County. The base mapping (topography and boundary) and digital photos were x-referenced together and provided to an outside engineering firm for preliminary design layout.

Apartment complex aerial base topographic map and boundary survey  (A-AM-B-G-RW-R-T) – This project was for the complex owner for future additional development planning purposes and is located in Placerville CA. The survey involved contracting an aerial photogrammetrist to fly and map the site, establishing control, setting aerial targets and performing a boundary survey of the four parcels making up the 10+ acre site. The site had 12 existing buildings and two major road ways, one leading through the site to a development at the rear of the site. A Record of Survey was recorded with El Dorado County.

EID Monitoring Dams and Earthworks (AM-G-M-T) - This is an ongoing survey for El Dorado Irrigation District and various consultants. It involves establishing a control network on NAD 83 and NGVD 29 on some Dams and using existing pre-establish datum on others. Also some Dams had monitoring wells, test pits, soil borings, piezometers and topographic features, including Dam profiles; while other are continuous deformation monitoring. Dams include: Sly Park, Weber, Forebay, Silver lake and Caples. In addition several dams were surveyed for  engineering consultants, along with additional landslide surveys for E.I.D.

The West Sacramento Water Treatment Plant and line  (A-AM-G-T) - This project was for HDR Engineering and the City of West Sacramento, CA. The project consisted of a 2 mile corridor control survey for aerial mapping through the City on a sewer design project. The City wanted to use their existing flight coverage, so AR. Divers did a GPS survey identify existing physical features in the photography and tying it all the City's record datum. AR. Divers also performed a utility topographic survey along the route locating and dipping the existing utilities and paint marks placed by U.S.A. utility marking service. An electronic base map was created bringing all the data together.

Clay and Main Streets mapping (AM-B-G-RW-T) -  This project was for the City of Placerville, CA. AR. Divers set up control on NAD 83 and NGVD 1929 and performed a corridor topographic survey of the intersection of Main and Clay streets with Cedar Ravine (about 1 mile in total length). The existing Right of Ways of main, Clay, Cedar Ravine and Hwy 50 were established and mapped. All visible utilities were located and easements plotted.

Monitoring Wells GIS (AM-M-T) - This survey was for Brown and Caldwell and Hunt Wesson Foods. It involved establishing a control network on NAD 83 and NAVD 88 and locating monitoring wells and topographic features at Hunt Wesson facilities in Oakdale Ca. Several surveys were made over an extended time period which expanded the control network and mapping area.

High water survey Boca Grande, FL (AM-B-H-T) - This survey was for the Florida Dept. of Natural Resources and located in Boca Grande, Fl. It involved an amplitude ratio setting of mean high water to determine  jurisdictional wetlands and upland encroachments.

Chevron Card Lock Facility (AM-B-BLA-C-LD-RW-R-T) This survey was prepared for Hunt and Sons in conjunction with Tate and Associates and was located in Placerville, CA. The survey consisted of a site boundary and topographic survey for design purposes; the preparation and recording of a Record of Survey; and final site and off site construction staking. The project also included a boundary line adjustment, legal descriptions and merger.

Highway 120 Topographic and Right of Way Survey (AM-RW-T) - This project was performed for a local developer in Escalon, CA.; who, as a condition of subdivision approval, had to design a turn lane in a major roadway. AR. Divers performed topographic and right of way surveying on ½ mile section of Highway 120 for left lane turn design and prepared the electronic base map for the engineering firm.

Parcel Split Turloch CA. (AM-B-LD-RW-SUB-T) - This survey was for a private party in Turloch, CA. and involved an initial 250 acre boundary and topographic survey, the preparation of a tentative and final Parcel Map and setting of final corners.

ARCO ALTA (ALTA-AM-B-G-RW-T) - This project was performed for Tate Engineering and ARCO in Vacaville CA. The ARCO gas station site was being torn down and a new station constructed on site. AR. Divers, established the City control on site by GPS and then performed a boundary and topographic survey; an electronic base map was prepared and the final deliverable was the ALTA format survey.

Parcel Map and Boundary Line Adjustment Oakdale (AM-B-LD-RW-SUB-T) - This survey was for a private developer in Oakdale, CA. and involved an initial boundary and topographic survey of 600 acres involved in a boundary line adjustment and property split, the preparation of a BLA application,  legal descriptions, preparation of a Parcel Map and setting of final corners.

3 Funeral Home sites, ALTA (ALTA-B-T) - This project consisted of 3 funeral home ALTA's for re-financing purposes in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties, CA. for a local law firm representing a Canadian firm. acquiring the properties. AR. Divers performed ALTA standard surveys on all sites, including the plotting of all easements and prepared the mapping.

Pollock Pines Elementary School Topographic survey (AM-T) This survey was performed for the Pollock Pines School Dist., and involved a site topographic survey for landscaping purposes. A base map was prepared and contours were computer generated.

Parcel Map and Boundary Line Adjustment Diamond Springs (AM-B-LD-RW-R-SUB-T) - This survey was for a private developer in Placerville, CA. and involved an initial boundary and topographic survey of 10 recorded lots involved in a boundary  line adjustment, the preparation of a BLA application,  legal descriptions 3 Record of Surveys and setting of final corners. Prepare Parcel Map of Townhouse lot line adjustment on 10 parcels, Diamond Springs, CA.  

ADA park site topographic surveys (AM-T) This survey was at San Luis Reservoir, CA. for Durrant Architects. The survey involved performing several topographic surveys of parking lots and out buildings for design of handicap rams for the facilities. Base maps were created.

Topographic survey of future park site in Modesto CA. (AM-B-T) This survey was for RRM Design Group Architects and the City of Modesto for a future park site. A boundary and topographic survey was performed and an electronic base map was created including computer generated contours with tree type and locations for park design.

GPS network densification control City of Placerville (AM-G) - This survey was for the City of Placerville. 50 GPS survey points were created with the City limits for GIS location and mapping of public utilities.

Confined workspace survey (M) - This survey was for HDR Engineering and involved the dimensioning of the inside of 2.5 million gal. water tank (confined work space) in Roseville, CA. A confined work space permit was filled out, safety meeting held and features inside the partially filled tank were measured.

E.I.D. Reservoir Survey (AM-M-T) This survey was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. of their 10 million gallon open lake reservoir in El Dorado Hills, CA. The berm lines and roads were located and mapped for design purposes. The surrounding dam was raised new dam crossing road constructed. AR. Divers performed additional construction staking. Also detailed architectural surveys were made of the chlorination basins and a 3-D model created.

Monitoring Wells (Pac Bell) (AM-G-M-T)  These monitoring surveys were for the I.T. Corp. and Pack Bell. Located in Truckee, Tahoe City, Sonora, Placerville and Jackson CA. The surveys involved setting up an H & V control network locating the wells and preparing a report.

Parcel Split Thompson Way (AM-B-LD-RW-SUB-T) This survey was for a private party in Placerville, CA. and involved an initial boundary and topographic survey, the preparation of a tentative and final Parcel Map and setting of final corners.

Monitoring Wells at Gas Station (AM-G-M-T) - This survey was for H2OGEOL in El Dorado, CA. AR. Divers located monitoring wells and soil borings, horizontally and vertically (Geodetic Positions), at a contaminated gas station site.

Parcel Split Country Club Drive (AM-B-LD-RW-SUB-T) - This survey was for a private party in Placerville, CA. and involved an initial boundary and topographic survey, the preparation of a tentative and final Parcel Map and setting of final corners. Prepared tentative and final Parcel map on Country Club Drive, City of Placerville, CA.

Accident site mapping (A-AM-E-G-T) - This survey was for a local Attorney and involved preparing an aerial topographic map of accident site for court trial usage, located in Cameron Park, CA. Served as an expert witness.

General Development utilities condemnation  (AM-B-LD-RW-T) – This project was prepared for the General development Utilities corp. of Miami. The project consisted of surveying, mapping and preparing legal descriptions for 100 lift stations and 6 water treatment plants to be conveyed to the City of Port St. Lucie, Fl. Included was the reproduction of some 5,000 design drawing copies. The time frame was short on this project and it was completed on schedule.

Parcel Map Los Banos (AM-B-LD-RW-SUB-T) -This survey was for a private partnership in Los Banos, CA. and involved an initial boundary and topographic survey, the preparation of a tentative and final Parcel Map and setting of final corners on 400 acres.

City of Placerville Lift Station Easements (AM-B-LD-RW-T) - This survey was for the City of Placerville and involved preparing site surveys and legal descriptions for 4 Lift Station upgrades.

Oakdale Cemetery (AM-B-R-T) - This survey was for the Oakdale Cemetery and involved a boundary and topographic survey; Layout and mapping of new grave site locations and filing an "official Map" in Stanislaus County, CA.

Environmental Surveys Woodland, CA. (AM-B-C-G-H-LD-M-RW-T) - This is survey was for Teichert Aggregates in Woodland CA. It involved staking slopes on mining pits for Teichert Aggregates, Esparto CA., mapping environmental areas and preparing legal description for Yolo County permits.

E.I.D Lift Stations El Dorado Hills, CA. (AM-B-LD-RW-T) - - This survey was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and involved preparing site surveys and legal descriptions for 3 Lift Station upgrades.

Hydrographic and uplands survey Folsom Lake, CA. (A-AM-B-G-H-T) - This survey was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and involved preparing a base map of Folsom Lake inflow structures having an aerial survey of the uplands  and subcontracting a bathymetric survey. of a large portion of Folsom Lake.

Base Mapping for Court Case Oakdale, CA. (A-AM-H-RW-T) - This survey was for a private law suit in Oakdale CA. It involved preparing a field topographic survey (about 1 mile) to overlay previous aerial surveys of an irrigation canal for channel re-location and  realignment. Served as an expert witness.

Cross sections of Deer Creek (A-AM-B-G-H-RW-T) - This survey was for the El Dorado Irrigation Dist. and involved cross sectioning Deer creek and tying in features of an older aerial survey and translating the mapping to NAD 83 coordinates and NGVD 29 vertical datum. AR. Divers also set up a mile long access road and prepared a topographic survey of the corridor, preparing an overall site base map.

Wetlands Survey Port St. Lucie FL. (AM-B-H) - This survey was for the Florida Dept. of Natural Resources and located in Port St. Lucie, Fl. It involved a sectional survey of state boundaries and a determination of jurisdictional wetlands and ordinary high water (40 acres) .

Gravity Sewer Line Base Survey and construction Staking (A-AM-B-C-G-LD-RW-T) - This survey was the El Dorado Irrigation District and involved an initial 1 and 1/2 mile corridor boundary and aerial topographic survey; the preparation of easement descriptions; and, the staking of  6,000 feet of gravity sewer line located in the townsite of  El Dorado, CA.

Expert witness in road easement dispute (A-AM-B-BLA-E-RW-R-T) - This survey was located in Placerville, CA and involved research and court testimony on existing easements. A boundary survey was later prepared in conjunction to a boundary line adjustment and legal descriptions were prepared and a Record of survey filed..
